Health sharing your staff can actually use
Sharing costs your church less than a traditional plan. What decides whether it lasts is everything that comes after — the bills, the submissions, and the waiting. That's the part we handle.
(Health sharing is not insurance.)
The app that makes it work
Every person on your staff gets the HealthShare app. It keeps their medical bills in order and does the chasing they'd otherwise be doing themselves, between meetings, on hold.
Alice does the chasing
Alice emails and calls providers for the itemized bills your ministry needs, follows up when nobody responds, and answers questions about how sharing works at 11pm on a Tuesday.
From photo to reimbursement
Email us your bill. Alice reads the provider, date, and amount off it, files it under the right incident, and walks your staff member through submitting to the ministry.
HSA sync via Plaid NEW
Connect the HSA account once. Transactions import on their own, and Alice follows up by email on anything that still needs a receipt or an explanation.
Deadlines that don't slip
Every ministry has filing windows and documentation rules. The app tracks them incident by incident and tells your staff what's still outstanding before it's too late.
What you see as the administrator
You're accountable for this program. You shouldn't have to ask around to know how it's going.
Every open incident
See what's been submitted, what's waiting on a provider, and what's stuck, without emailing anyone to find out.
Advances and spending
Track the advances you've issued and what your staff are spending, so a large bill doesn't sit on somebody's personal credit card for two months.
Fewer questions in your inbox
Staff ask Alice first, day or night. You hear about the ones that genuinely need a decision from you.
See what you'd spend
Pick a household, pick a sharing ministry, and compare the monthly cost against what you pay today. Health sharing is not insurance, so these figures are estimates rather than quotes.
Annual Impact
Representative estimate only — not a quote. Health sharing is not insurance, and ministries don't guarantee payment of any medical bill. This tool compares the monthly cost of sharing ministries against what you tell us you pay now; it isn't a coverage comparison. Figures are based on 2026 published rates for a mid-age (30–49) employee and standard HSA full-sharing pairings from the ministry comparison PDF. Actual monthly contributions vary by age, state, household composition, lifestyle surcharges, and ministry underwriting. Contact us for a personalized estimate.
