ADDENDUM TO TERMS OF SERVICE

This Addendum supplements the Terms of Service of HealthShare Technology Solutions, Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and governs your use of Alice, our AI-powered assistant (“Alice”) available within the Services. By interacting with Alice, you agree to the terms set forth in this Addendum in addition to the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Terms of Service, this Addendum shall control with respect to your use of Alice.

1. WHAT IS ALICE

Alice is an AI assistant integrated into the HealthShare app. Alice is designed to answer questions, assist with tasks, and help streamline the healthcare reimbursement process. Alice leverages artificial intelligence and natural language processing to provide responses and perform actions on your behalf within the Services.

2. CONVERSATION DATA COLLECTION AND USE

By interacting with Alice, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We collect and store your conversations with Alice. All messages, queries, prompts, and any other content you submit to Alice, as well as Alice’s responses (collectively, “Conversation Data”), are recorded and retained by us.
  • We use Conversation Data to improve our AI agents. Your Conversation Data may be reviewed, analyzed, and used by HealthShare Technology Solutions, Inc to train, evaluate, improve, and develop Alice and any other AI agents or automated systems we operate or may operate in the future.
  • Conversation Data may be reviewed by our team. Authorized personnel at HealthShare Technology Solutions, Inc may access and review Conversation Data for the purposes of quality assurance, AI training and improvement, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with our Terms of Service.
  • We do not share your Conversation Data with third parties. Your conversations with Alice are kept confidential and are not sold, rented, or shared with any third-party companies or services for their own purposes.
  • De-identified data may be used for research and development. We may de-identify or aggregate Conversation Data and use it for research, analytics, and the development of new features and services.

3. OPT-OUT OF CONVERSATION DATA USE FOR AI IMPROVEMENT

You have the right to opt out of having your Conversation Data used for AI training and improvement purposes.

  • How to opt out: You may opt out at any time by visiting the Settings page within the HealthShare app and adjusting your AI data preferences.
  • Effect of opting out: If you opt out, your future Conversation Data will no longer be used for AI training and improvement. Please note that opting out does not affect Conversation Data that was already used for training prior to your opt-out request. Opting out does not affect our ability to store Conversation Data for purposes of providing the Services, maintaining records, ensuring security, or complying with legal obligations.
  • Continued use of Alice: Opting out of AI training data use does not restrict your ability to use Alice. You may continue to interact with Alice regardless of your data preference settings.

4. DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY

We handle Conversation Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Conversation Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Alice’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • Alice’s responses may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
  • Alice’s responses do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
  • You should independently verify any information provided by Alice before making decisions based on that information.
  • We are not liable for any actions you take or fail to take based on Alice’s responses.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS ADDENDUM

We reserve the right to modify this Addendum at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting the updated Addendum to our website or notifying you through the Services. Your continued interaction with Alice after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Addendum.
