Can Alice really call my healthcare providers?
Yes! One of Alice’s most powerful features is the ability to make automated phone calls to healthcare providers to request itemized bills. Here’s how it works:
Requirements:
- Your provider must have a phone number on file
- The provider must be approved for AI calling by your plan administrator
- You must authorize communication with the provider
- The date of service must be at least 5 business days ago
The Process:
- You or your admin requests an itemized bill through the app
- Alice validates that the provider is eligible for AI calling
- Alice makes the phone call automatically
- The conversation is transcribed and stored in your account
- You receive the itemized bill when the provider responds
